THE 310 APPLICATION PROCESS

1. PREPARE BEFORE YOU APPLY
Gather your project location, description, photos, plans and construction details before you begin.

2. START YOUR APPLICATION IN GILLY
Create an account and begin the Joint Application Form. Gilly saves your progress so you can stop and return anytime.

3. COMPLETE & SUBMIT YOUR 310 APPLICATION
Work through the application in Gilly and submit your completed 310 application to your local Conservation District.

4. CONSERVATION DISTRICT REVIEW
Your Conservation District reviews the application and may contact you for additional information.
A site inspection may also be scheduled as part of the review process.

5. ADDITIONAL PERMITS MAY BE IDENTIFIED
During review, your Conservation District can help identify whether other permits or agency approvals may also be needed.
If additional Joint Application permits apply, you can reuse information you have already entered in Gilly and add what those permits require.

6. RECEIVE YOUR 310 DECISION
After review, the Conservation District may approve, modify or deny the 310 Permit application.
Do not begin work until the required permits and approvals are in place.
