Karen works closely with Conservation District administrators and permit applicants across Montana, serving as a primary point of contact for Gilly training, onboarding and ongoing support. She helps districts navigate the 310 process in Gilly, gathers feedback from users and works with the team to identify glitches and improve how the platform functions in practice.

With a background in biology, water education, and public policy, Karen brings both natural resource expertise and a strong understanding of the 310 process to her work. She also leads trainings, webinars and outreach efforts that help Conservation Districts use Gilly more effectively.
